Planner action creates bucket

Thank you for including planner actions.  Can you please add the following action: "Create new Bucket".

It would also be nice to have a Trigger for "When bucket created". That would allow to populate a new bucket with pre-defined planner tasks.

Yes, need to create buckets and also listen to bucket creation events!
