We're about to implement Dynamics 365 Services module in order to handle customer service requests.
In order to notify my team of new tickets I want to be able to @mention them in a new message in MS Teams.
This feature isn't available as a new action.
Thanks in adv.
You can now mention other people in Teams, read more about how to do that in our latest blog post: https://flow.microsoft.com/blog/adaptive-cards-for-microsoft-teams-microsoft-flow-us-government-now-...
Agree this idea. 😁
I want to send text with @mention to Microsoft Teams from Microsoft Flow.for notify to members by @mention.
Please be a lad and vote my idea, to increase the approval timeout (or just general timeout) of flows to MORE THAN 30 DAYS!!
I'm at 155 votes, more is better.
Our company really needs this feature.
How can I get the notice whether it is developed or not?
With messages sent from Sharepoint into Teams it only goes to a channel at the moment so individual Teams or Members do not get specific notification about it - it would be good to be able to @mention the team so they get a notification of a new message added to the channel. This would be useful for any types of flow where the output is a message in a channel to include the ability to @ mention someone as well
