Possibility to @mention members in MS Teams

We're about to implement Dynamics 365 Services module in order to handle customer service requests.

In order to notify my team of new tickets I want to be able to @mention them in a new message in MS Teams.

This feature isn't available as a new action.

Thanks in adv.

You can now mention other people in Teams, read more about how to do that in our latest blog post: https://flow.microsoft.com/blog/adaptive-cards-for-microsoft-teams-microsoft-flow-us-government-now-...

YES!!!. Teams flows are almost useless without this

I also really need this to create Streams in Teams and be able to tag the relevant stakeholders automatically.

Just tested a flow for an incoming Outlook email containing a certain text string and then post to a channel. I thought that @mentioning the team would do just that, but it ended up just being part of the message body and did not mention the team. would also be nice to be able to specify a separate subject so it shows up in bold, and even set the "important" flag, and not just a post body.

We are working with the Microsoft Teams group to enable this functionality. Thanks.

I was so happy to have Flow trigger Forms in Teams every workday to have a recuring survey who wants to eat where 😞

A must have! Please provide updates. 🙂
