Add a notifications "hub" within the Power Platform Admin Center; new tab on the left side navigation menu and reflects notification marker (number of open notifications).
Specific use case: M365 Admin(s) purchases additional Business Apps (add-ons) related to Power Platform:
1) Most importantly the Power Apps Per App plan
Once Power Platform Admin Center receives the notification:1) All Power Platform Admin Role employees receive an alert
2) Alert contains link that opens into the notification message within the Power Platform Admin Center (this can be completed with a separate flow built internally)
3) Manage button within the notification message -> press button -> open into the Capacity Manage Add-Onshttps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/capacity-add-on#allocate-or-change-capacity-in...
4) Capacity Manage Add-Ons press save button -> opens into notification hub5) Admin has option to send email to Environment user(s) regarding the completion of the allocation or option to mark notification as completed.
