Prevent "New Dynamic Content" Window popping up

I noticed when you clicked on the Hide Dynamic content button but then click in the body it pops up again and completely blocks your vision to what you are typing in. I was trying to create a SharePoint new item creates flow to Outlook for email notification. When I was trying to type in the body and I clicked the hide button on dynamic content it would hide the pop up but then you click in the body and it pops up again.

Actually, the whole design when you need to fill out a big text box is terrible - for instance editing mail bodies in HTML...

And even worse when you have a couple of branches / decisions in your flow, and you only have 1/2 a window to type.

I just assume no one is ever going to fix this since there's like 8 of us complaining. For me it just makes editing large workflows a nightmare. Everything is slow and irritating.

I found that if you hit the "ESC" key it goes away...it is utterly annoying I agree

Working on a small laptop screen, Escape isnt working for me, hide isnt working for me and tried Chrome and Chromium edge. In the end I had to move the action I was working on over to the left branch of my flow which allowed the pop up window to open in the right without covering my action. Once I finished amending I moved it back. Hope this helps.

The only way I could get it to not "hide" the add link box was to add about 10 rows to the body.  Then the dynamic content box was at the bottom and did not block the window to add the link.
