Provide a method of organising Flows

Working with flows is very messy if you are working on a batch of flows that contribute to one task.  A system of being able to tag flows or put them in folders would allow you to work more seamlessly on specific flow groups.

Status: Completed

You can now organize your flows into solutions. Solutions are like tags or folders. They are like folders in that they can contain flows, plus they can contain other assets like PowerApps, CDS entities etc.... They are also like tags in that a single flow can be in more than one solution - so your not tied to one strict heirarchy. The new Solutions tab is available for any envirnomnet that has CDS enabled. An additional column to tag/categorize the flow and something like the views in modern SharePoint lists would work pretty well here.

Another +1 for this idea.

It was flagged planned about 2 months ago.  Any progress or possible ETA?  I'll sign up to beta test it if its not ready for prime time.  ANYTHING to help manage the list of flows would be great!

I would like to offer a free 3rd party tool to help everyone with organising their Flows.

https://flow-studio.azurewebsites.net

Flow studio uses the same APIs that the main Flow website uses, but offers a variety of ways to organize, create metadata, sort, filter and check your Flows.

I actively maintain this tool, which runs in your browser, please give me feedback if you have any requests or issues with Flow Studio.

Flow Studio does not aim to replace the Flow Website or App - it is an extension tool that will help makers managing a lot of Flows in their environment, shed insights on what is running, help everyone make more Flows, and perhaps as a side effect provide some immediate relief so the Flow team can take their time to implement their own designs in due time.

You can read more about this tool here:

John Liu, this is pretty cool: https://flow-studio.azurewebsites.net

Very interesting to see a lot more of the statistics and data behind flows. Thank you for making this - I am curious to see how my numbers change over time..

I think it would be great to have the Flows organized by the site the trigger is connecting to as a default.  This would allow you to view the Flows by site which would give you a quick way of finding the flows quickly.

Any updates on the status of this?  My list of Flows is getting HUGE would love to be able to group them in folders or organize by site I am using them for!
