Recurrence: only on weekend

Wondering about how to tweet from a RSS feed only on sat and sun.

Thiking in a recurrence with start and ending times.

I could be great if recurrence trigger, could be triggered on specific days, for instance every Monday to Friday. Or every hour between 10AM to 10 PM etc.

 I echo both the idea and the comment by radennis. A trigger that can be easily applied to weekdays only and weekends only would be highly beneficial.
