Refresh Power Query connections in an Excel file.

It would be great to have an action that would refresh connections inside an Excel file with Power Query.

This would allow some shared files to be regularly updated without having to manually open the file and refresh.

I can't believe Power Query doesn't have its own schedule feature.  It is pretty critical in an extract/transform tool.

Yes, this is imperative.  I keep getting hung up on this one step in trying to automate our processes.

*IF* Flow had a way to get data out of Power BI, then this wouldn't be an issue, but until then we are stuck.  Again.

Hi Erin,

I have resorted to put all source reports in a SQL database and run power query transformations within the flow definitions. This turned out to be a good and effective way to automate our processes.

Unfortunately Flow is very slow to generate Excel files as they are added line by line into an Excel table (roughly 100 lines per minute I noticed). If you have thousands of lines generated it will not be a great idea.

@SSM-SPARX  So you are dead on, on the generation of excel files...Excel connector has been nerfed so bad by Microsoft that unless you are generating a few thousand lines, you will be waiting hours.
