Regarding mails sent by the [Approvals] action.

In cases where mails sent to a specified approver are opened via Outlook on the web, two patterns of behavior have been seen to exist.
 
a) After the "Approve" button is pressed, the comment input field is displayed.
b) After the "Approve" button is pressed, the comment input field is not displayed, and the screen changes to the Power Automate approval screen.
 
Most cases show behavior A, but B also occurs. This behavior is encountered even within the same action (same Flow) and refreshing the page can cause a switch from B to A.
 
I would like to see this changed so that all the mails can be delivered in the same way (with comments).

When we are introducing internal users to usage methods, if there are several different operations which may be required then the amount of information required and time spent by users increases.
In addition to having to disseminate information on multiple extra steps, it can be confusing to some users and cause further disruption.
