Replied emails

Checking if an email has been responded to and then adding it to a spreadsheet.


For example our KPI is how long it takes to respond to an email, so a spreadsheet that adds when the email comes in, and then when the email is replied to adds it to the row on the other side, so it would be easy to see which emails have been responded to, and which ones need further action.
