Request for additional function of encoding/decoding to UFT-8

If we specify a filename containing 2-byte characters in Dataverse [Upload a file or an image] action, we will get a Bad Request error and the flow will stop.

For people in regions that use 2-byte characters, not being able to use their own language in the file name is fatal.

I would like to see Microsoft Dataverse [Upload a file or an image] action to add the function to encode/decode to UTF-8 in order to use 2-byte characters.
