SMS Trigger using Twilio

IFTTT and all other tools like it support Twilio triggers. This is the only use I have for Flow.

I would love this.... do something if I can do it simply by sending a text message to my twilio number with certain keywords!

For instance, text my twilio number #updatedreport and it runs a powershell script that generates a file (export, csv, report, etc) and send an email to me with it attached! Would love that.

I do this with Zapier, why Flow doesn't support recieving a SMS as a trigger?
