See inside Apply to Each while flow is still running

I'd like to be able to see inside an apply to each loop while a flow is still running.  I have several that have multiple tiered approvals that run in series so subsequent approvals aren't requested unless the prior approval has been approved.  It would be nice to be able to see which approval a paticular flow is waiting on.

Yes this is required feature.

This idea will help us a lot to create a live panel about who is pending to do a approval.
