Send an email with Flag for recipients

Hi there,

Is would like to include in the "Send an email" Flow action a Flag for the recipients. I would like the recipients to have a reminder/action in a specific time. View an image of the feature needed here:

I would like to have that ability in the Flow action - Send an email or in a new action.
