Send data back to PowerAPPs

Its possible to send data from PowerApps to Flow but its not possible to get it back from Flow to PowerApps.

I faced the issue when I needed to Parse some JSON from a Custom API and tried Flow to Parse and process it, but then, nothing. I just stucked there because its not possible to get it back.
