Send mobile notifications to other users

I would like the ability to send mobile notifications to other users from a flow - especially if it's a team flow and they're all part of the assigned team.

As it is now, everyone has to setup their own separate flow to get their notifications. This isn't hard for some power users but for most of our users it's not an easy setup.
