ServiceNow & SFDC Case Create Trigger

Ability to connect ITSM IT incident and SFDC Case creation submission to OEM & Services instances as guest or service account,  ability to easily connect ITIS&CM) (IT Incident Services & Case Management,  this would greatly increase help desk services and support teams transition customer support to SFDC.
