Skype for Business Call - Update CRM, Trigger Flow for Next Steps

Not sure if there is a way yet but I would like to have all calls logged in CRM automatically after I call and trigger a flow(s) to setup follow-up calls, trigger an e-mail saying "I called" and also feed a PowerBI and/or SharePoint list listing my activity.
