Start Flow using hyperlink.

Hi,

Got idea to allow Flows to be run from hyperlink with start parameters (similar to "For selected item"). This could allow to link flow start to for example classical sharepoint design ui, or many other uses 🙂

I used "When http request received". You could also use HTTP triggers.
