Trigger an Outlook email notification when a new row is added in Excel online

I would like to receive email notifications when a new row with data is added in an Excel Online spreadsheet. We use this spreadsheet to keep track of new products added to our website and I would like an automatic notification via email when a new product is created.

I don't see a response to this, so I'll chime in to say that I don't think that is currently supported. I have a feeling that Microsoft wants you using the Dataverse, so they are not likely to add that functionality anytime soon.
