Trigger flow when an item (file) is added to a Microsoft Teams Site

Teams needs to be considered as valuable as SharePoint as far as flows go. 

When a file gets added to a Microsoft Teams' site, it should be possible to trigger a relevant flow, just like you can when you add a file to a sharepoint list.
