Update/Create Records in CDS when Excel file uploaded to SharePoint Folder

I'm trying to set up a flow that is triggered when an Excel file is created in a SharePoint folder, then loops row by row through that Excel file to either update or create (depending on if the vendor is already in the CDS or not) a vendor record. 

The process for this is pretty cumbersome for what I have to imagine is a pretty common-use case. It would be helpful if a more streamlined version of this could be implemented in Power Automate to quickly and easily update/create CDS records
