Ability for a user to create process steps and define workflow (series of tasks) using visual drag and drop workflow tools.

Definitely would be an improvement. How many times do you get the nesting slightly off in Conditional Statements and you have to re-write the whole statement from scratch??? I do it all the time.

Please note, this enhancement request is for MarketingPilot though it sounds like it could be useful in Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well!
