We should be able to debug apply to each while it runs

indeed the content of an apply to ech is still opaque, we cannot see the properties of an action

I have the same problem. I have a flow with a form and multiple approbation. But I don't know where the flow is block.

Yes, this is very annoying.

 

The strange thing is that the same thing happens for IF conditions as well since a few days ago, something that has worked previously.

On the apply to each, at least give us a row count in the error message that lists the iteration(s) where an error was detected!  When you step through the run log for apply to each, you get previous/next failed, surely it would be possible to put at least the first failed row number into the error message to provide a starting point for debugging more easily.
