When a customer changed their Office password from a PC browser, they couldn't sign in to the Power Automate app on their iPhone.

 

We are checking whether it will be improved by initializing the mobile terminal, but if it is improved by initializing the mobile terminal, it is presumed that the cause is on the mobile terminal side.

 

Originally, it was recognized that internal credentials would be deleted by deleting and reinstalling the application or clearing the cache, but there is a possibility that data that was not deleted by reinstalling or clearing the cache remained.

 

I want you to be able to recover without initializing the mobile device.
