Hello, This idea is a continuation from a solved question that I had asked earlier on, "Can a FLOW be saved with a Project Site Template so that the FLOW will be created and work with new project sites off of that template?" The answer was NO, question and solution can be found here. Idea/Request: Include FLOWS, created on a SharePoint list, into Project Site Templates. When a Project site is created from the saved template, the FLOW is created along with everything else. It seems to me that this is a HUGE missing attribute to FLOW on a SharePoint list. Without the ability to save a FLOW into a Project Site Template, so that the FLOW automatically adds itself to each newly created Project Site using this template, a user must then manually recreate a FLOW for each project. This is not efficient in any sense for a FLOW that is needed on more than one project site. It can’t be expected from business users to perform extra setup steps after site creation. Many large organizations will not use FLOW until it can be created from the site template without extra manual steps --Mark

Hi, It would be great if MS flow could support Enterprise level templates: 1. Reusable componennts that can be used across users, specific tenants(even within single tenant, across diffrent departments and can be shared with only specific people) 2. A template that can be developed by IT developer within organization(may be using custom connector or from available connector) and published within organization. A bussiness user can then use this template(possible modify) for his purpose. 3. Role based template i.e depending on the type of user(or role assigned to user) looged in template behaviour may change. Note: Point 1 is also mentioned in the presentation "Introduction to Microsoft Flow at WPC 2016" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YFm2iPK1BGA , minute 39). Which is the official presentation from MS flow team and was made more than a year ago. This is kind of a dumb request. But nonetheless, A request anyway. Could you add a way to flag Flows of interest? I’m trying to discuss these with upper management. I’d like to be able to recall the ones that I’ve flagged, instead of going thru 100s Of templates, for further review / discussion. Thanks! And thanks for adding so many great features!
