Currently, SharePoint supports joining sites to a hub for everyone or a specific group of allowed people, which can be set using the PowerShell Grant-SPOHubSiteRights command. But, looking at governance, I want Hub Site Owners to get notified when someone wants to associate/join a site with a hub site. So, instead of checking all the sites or generating weekly lists of hub sites and underlying associated sites using PowerShell, can a Hub Site Owner use a flow to receive a proactive approval notification when a site owner wants to associate his site with a hub site? For example, can the following Microsoft Flow / Azure Logic Apps triggers become available: "When a site owner wants to join a site with a hub site?"

The Flow mobile app (iOS/Android) buttons are fantastic! I'd love to have the ability to embed a mobile-style Flow button in a SharePoint page as a webpart or even using embed code.

Today all approvals of our flows are 'Modern Approval' and is a recurring request of my costumers to put the approvals received in a page inside the intranet or site page as an iframe or webpart(like Power BI in SharePoint page). But it is not possible today.

When user leaves or arrives a certain location. For example when user exits outside of a mile radius from his/her home and arrives within a mile radius of work in the same day save an entry to a list in share point cataloging the time of departure, time of arrival, and time of commute.

Hi, I've been playing with the new Modern Approvals service - which is awesome, much smarter and easier than the clunky untraceable old one.. One issue I came across though, during testing, I had a couple of flows fail due to me playing with parameters (Assigned to etc). These are now stuck in my "Received Requests" screen with no clear way to remove them... Clicking approve/reject results in the window hanging with the spinning dots. As far as I can see, there's no way to "delete" or "ignore" a request.... I've tried cancelling the flow, but no joy. Please can we have a way to delete, ignore, or at least hide requests?? Thanks Kay

This feature would be fantastic for creating a modular environment. The passing of parameters between flows and essentially creating the ability to make functions would make flows an irreplacable asset to my work.

If Flow is going to be a replacment for SharePoint Designer, it needs access to all list field types: Hyperlinks, Lookups, People fields etc.. One of my favorite workflow actions is to build a Hyperlink field or a image field. ="[URL], [TEXT]" and assign it to a URL field type. Can't do it in Flow.

I understand the current limitation on renaming an Action that has subsequent actions that depend upon it. I'd like functionality to be implemented that will refactor the flow (rename subsequent uses of the Action's output) when a rename occurs, so that I can rename an Action that has dependencies upon it. Kind of like how in Visual Studio, I can select a variable name, right click and select rename and it will rename all uses of the variable.

You should be able to attach a document to an approval email using flow.

Could be useful for not to delete an action included into a flow branch. Also for isolate possible failing actions for having the following actions in that branch to get running.

It would be great to enable connections to specific Facebook pages. I was trying to use Microsoft Flow to post any updates to our company page to our Yammer network but seems I can only connect to my personal Facebook profile. When I have used similar services setting up a Facebook connection, the user is normally asked after logging in which profile/page would they like to make a connection to.
