When a project is complete, move the folder of final documents to an archive location. For us, this is currently a network storage directory. Documents in the folder may include Word, PPT, Excel, PDF, graphics, and others.

There is no structured way to organize "My Flows" screen, such as creating Folders in My Flows. Adding the ability to "Archive" Flows no longer actively in use gives the user a less cluttered view of My Flows.

Would like to be able to extract all attachments from an email and build one single archive that i can use further in the flow chain (within SharePoint, Exchange, Dropbox etc).
