It would be nice if I could copy an action into another. It'll make it easier and faster to complete the flow. For example: Depending on the day of the week, I need to update the [todayschedule] on SharePoint list. Using the Switch/Case actions, on Monday case, add an [Update Item] action. Then copy this action for Tuesday - Friday cases and just change the [todayschedule] column without needing to select the list path, list name, ID, and other required contents each time. Thanks.

Hi, I've discoverd, while building a rather complex and large Flow, that it I often have to use the same actions several times during the durtation of the Flow. An example of this is an action for updating metadata on a file. It would be great if it was possible to copy/paste an action (and keeping the settings/configuration of the action that is copied. Also (or alternatively), it would be very helpful if it was possible to save an action (to your profile). Furthermore to be able to use your saved actions in other flows. Thanks!

Hello, it would be very nice if you could add also a When an existing item is modified action as well as solving the problem with the When an existing itdem is modified trigger, cause this trigger also gets triggered when i upload a new item in my list and it would be cool if you can solve this bug or let the sideeffect vanish. Another good option would be the possibility to copy items and "paste" them in to other folders like the file option. With a copy, paste and delete flow, i or we could automate the list. For Example, we get a decision mail and denie the request, product whatever and want to put the denied item into a denied folder. As soon as we denie the request, product whatever , copy the item, put it in the denied folder and delete it from the actual or accepted product list etc. With copy and Paste we could automate this process instead of doing it manually and ensure a better overview. CopyFlow when denied approval mail --> copy item --> paste in new list --> delete from actual list Modify trigger Flow when accepted approval mail --> update item --> When an existing item is modified --> get item --> apply to each(check if item already exists) --> send an email --> When an existing item is modified ( when i want to add a request number manually for example) --> update item -->get item --> apply to each(check if item already exists) --> send an email Best regards, Hamudi
