Example: To prevent SharePoint data being leaked through Gmail, I can currently configure my DLP policy in a way where the SharePoint connector is in the "business data" group, and the "Gmail" connector in the "no business data allowed" group. However, I can circumvent this DLP policy by instead creating a custom connector that pulls information from SharePoint. I therefore suggest getting rid of the DLP group concept all together and simply allow for switching connectors on / off.

Status:

In the Flow when a Modern group is created currently there is no way to check before creation if the mail nickname is already used. It would be a useful action to check the existence of the mail nickname and return a boolean indicating if the nickname actually exists before running the rest of the Flow. This would be useful in all areas including creation of Modern Sites, Teams and Groups since all have Groups as the underlying technology.

Status:

Dear Team, Need to check if we can make a flow that will add an Email ID to a particular group automatically, as soon as it gets created. Also, need to add all existing email ID's to a group. The issue is that i have 500 email ID's and adding them one by one is a time consuming process. Thanks & Regards, Ravi
