Looking for a way to organize my flows into different folders. i make flows for different departments in our company and it would make it much easier to work with folders of flows rather than one long list
It's archaic to think I have this very long list of my flows without any way to organize them. I am in disbelief, truly shocked that Microsoft hasn't implemented this day one. It's very hard to find Flows you've created without some type of Parent / Child hierarchy.
It's still in Beta if this is not implemented... Sorry...
Create folders (or some other grouping mechanism) for Flows so that like and/or supporting Flows can be kept together. I just built a rather advanced flow that I'll be breaking down into smaller ones that reference each other as appropriate, this is going to make My Flows rather cluttered. Would be nice to be able to group them into a collapsable container so I can manage my Flows better.
Some categorisation logic would be pretty useful. Our environment has more separate solutions. Each contains scheduled flows, REST flows, Sharepoint triggerd flows. These flows are shared with other developers and its starting to be mess. Folders, tagging whatever would help us. Thanks.
Thanks for reopening this. I completely agree that they shouldn't have closed the previous idea given the state of things. Hopefully we'll see some quick upvoting on this one.
Agreed! Thanks for reopening this issue. Even a basic name sort would be better than what we have now, which is NOTHING. It cannot possibly be that hard to add a column sort function.
Wish there was a way to at least group the flows by what List/Library in Sharepoint or other Application. I have one list in SharePoint that has 10 FLows associated with it. Would be nice to group them together like you can group List and Library items in SP
