Looking for a way to organize my flows into different folders. i make flows for different departments in our company and it would make it much easier to work with folders of flows rather than one long list
Add folders or something to group Flows how we need them.
Please no folders... don't force a flow to only live in 1 location since a flow or sub-flow can be part of many business processes at once. Allow tagging instead.
and to protect me from going insane....
1. allow sorting and filtering ASAP. Clicking any column header in the flow list should sort ascending.
2. Allow indexing/searching of ALL actions INSIDE the flow itself. With hundreds of flows, I need the ability to find a "keyword" I might be using in the comments or in an email of any actions.
We need the ability to Order the flow List by Name and not just defaulted to Modified Desc
+ Need the ability to Organise Flows into folders etc. as per above Idea
Totally agree, the "Solution" solution is anything but fullfilling user needs.
Give the possibility to add columns to the Flow overview incl. views with grouping like in SharePoint
Very frustrating they believe this is "completed"... we have so so many flows that need some sort of grouping method!
please hurry up ms....
Hi Flow Team,
I'm ansiously waiting for the day you guys announce this small feature.
In fact our organizations has some many flows, both in flow section and in Team section, that nowadays to find a specific flow we struggle and some times the only way is through (CMD + F) from the browser.
Please develop some way we can organize in folders or tags....
thats so necesary when you have a lot of Flows, vote it!

Something that might help is to use the Solutions feature in Flow where you can use a Solution per department and store all Flows under that.
Sadly the new Solutions "solution" doesn't work with Flows that interact with SharePoint. I get the impression that a LOT of people use Flow as a SharePoint Designer Workflow replacement. To find out we finally got something to organize Flows with, then to find out it doesn't work with SharePoint Flows is very disappointing. I've upvoted this and encourage anyone else in the same situation to do so.
I recently discovered the "Solutions" functionality and got pretty excited about it only to discover, like others here, that it literally doesn't work with Flows that have SharePoint connectors in them. I know that Flow isn't JUST for SharePoint, but I'm willing to bet a huge constituency of Flow users use it with SharePoint and would appreicate a way to organize their flows (myself included in that). Even something as simple as a tagging system would be better than literally nothing. About the best I can do right now is make sure I use consistent naming for flows that deal with the same thing, then use the search box at the top to limit the list of flows to things that match my search terms, but that's hardly a way of "organizing" Flows.
