"Get rows" for Excel Online (Business)

I'd like to be able to pull up multiple rows in an Excel spreadsheet that I've saved to a team's site, rather than just my own OneDrive.

@beck_  you can. Teams creates a sharepoint site. You simply need to list the sharepoint site in the Excel (Business) connector and navagate to the location of the file.
