"Outlook Tasks - When a task is completed" Completley Broken

If I am trying to automate tasks, one of my flows is creating new tasks. So I can't even use "when task is complete" as I'd have to make a flow for each task that is automatically created.

There should be an option to not select a certain ID but choose all tasks. I can't think of a reason why someone would only need a specific idea for a single task.

I say this feature is completley broken because they feature is useless and became incredible more useful for my business if it has the features described.

I also totally agree.

A Flow Trigger for Outlook Tasks must (be able to) trigger for ALL TASKS

I can't think of any reason, why you would want to trigger for an individual task.  The current implementation makes Flow complete useful for Outlook To-Do integrations.

Please fix.

Thanks.

I completely disagree you on this.

If you have regular tasks that have to be completed and you want others in your team notified when said tasks are completed this is a great tool. In my eyes this trigger has been designed with scheduled task creation in mind. On the contrary, I can't see how you'd want a trigger every time a task is marked as complete in outlook, this would cause absolute havoc

For me, I already have a flow that creates a Planner task everytime I flag an email (create a task) in Outlook.

I would like a flow that can mark the same Planner task complete if I then tick the email (mark it as a complete task) so I too am finding the requirement to set this flow system to a specific task very challenging as I want the option to apply a Planner update as appropriate.

I agree it should allow for all tasks. Case in point, I want to create a row in an Excel file every time I complete a task.

Have there been any advancements on this since last year?
