"Shifts" trigger connects with Outlook scheduler

Hi,

I know hundreds users have suggested similar idea. But we need this ASAP.
The trigger should be "a request is approved in Shifts", then the approved request will sent to outlook with title, day and time.  We'd like to prevent double work inputting same title , day and time.
