App is showing canceled flows as failed ones

Issue : When a flow is terminated intentionaly in the cancel state with the terminate action, it is displayed as failed on the Flow mobile app. This is not consistent with what is displayed on the run history on the web portal.

Context : I have a flow that depends on external services that I do not manage, and sometimes the flow cannot run successfuly because of some requirements missing for the external service. I cancel these flows to make the distinction between error that i cannot manage vs errors i can manage that will terminate as failed.

Hi @NicolasK,

Thanks for feedback.

The issue could be reproduced. Terminate action with status Cancelled with be displayed as failed on mobile app, while which is displayed as Cancelled on browser correctly.

I will help report it and back to you later.

Best regards,

Mabel

Thans for the update Mabel. I just tested and it is not resolved yet, probably some delay between the fix and its rollout, i'll try again in few days.
