Flow failing on Widget use



Following up from Solved: Re: Subject = Input from trigger - Power Platform Community ( I have installed Power Automate on my mobile and proceeded to add a widget from the flow.


I have also made a minor change: instead of having a dropdown list I just have a TEXT input for the reason



The subject shows the icon for the button and "Reason" but it was set as an expression: triggerbody(),['TEXT']. However after saving and highlighting the steps it changes for this form, however, hovering the button:


It shows the expression.

Running the flow from the PowerAutomate dashboard, Mobile App itself, and web-based access in mobile it all triggers correctly. The widget always fails. And does not show on the logs on the dashboard.


The error it always state from failures in the Activity Details is "Trigger 'manual' failed.


Any hints?

Hello fellow users,

I have the same issue,

I reduced the flow to only 2 operations, but obviously it stops at the trigger event itself.

Checking the activityboard in the Android Power Automate App shows bad request:
