I have downloaded the Microsoft Power Automate Mobile App to add a button widget to my home screen. When I add the widget and click it it asks me to sign in, once signed in it disconnects from the original task of adding a button to the widget and operates as if you have just opened the app. The function of adding a button to the widget seems to get lost.
I signed out of Power Automate and signed back in then tired again with the app to add a widget button to my mobile - no luck same issue.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the Microsoft Power Automate Mobile App and tried again to add a widget button to my mobile - no luck same issue.
It appears as though there is a bug which doesn't allow this function to work.
Hi @Classmore
That's clearly a bug. I recommend submitting it back to Microsoft to fix it.
Since this was submitted quite some time ago, were you able to solve it? Just for people here if they have the same issue to know the solutions.
If I have answered your question, please mark your post as Solved.
If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up.
Cheers

For posterity's sake. I can confirm that this issue persists.

Confirmed that Flows has permissions as a background process
This used to work, but suddenly I can no longer add button widgets.
This sort of defeats the purpose of these button widgets.
