Planner / Flow data

Hello,

I've been trying to work out a way to extract the information of all running tasks in a plan but whenever I run a flow to extract this information I get the data as "Id's", so it's pretty much impossible to read it.

The goal would be to be able to send an email or something similar with this information and possibly post it in PowerBI.

From all the columns I find only "Title" is shown as the text in the activity instead of the Id of the activity/user

Has anyone encountered this error before?

Hi @LABORSAL ,

Thanks for sharing the screenshots.

Do you want to get the name of the Bucket?

I have made certain tests on my side, it seems that it is not possible to return bucket name from the action List tasks.

I have seen a similar request at Flow Ideas Forum, please vote the idea at here:

Best regards,

Mabel

I'm new here, but wouldn't it be possible to add a couple of steps to List the Buckets, and then List the O365 users and match the ID's to the Display Names and then bring those into the CSV?

Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

I was thinking of something like that, however I've found no way to do either nor anyone who has

Ok.  I'll take a look today and see what kind of mayhem I can cause 😉

Hi @LABORSAL ,

I have made some more test. I am afraid that it might be hard to get the corresponding bucket name using the action List tasks and List bucket.

I guess that it would be better if we could get the bucket name from the action List tasks directly.

Best regards,

Mabel
