Push power Apps notifications.

Hello,

Currently I have a flow that sends alerts 3 times a day and does it through the push notifications of an APP and it works correctly. This notification has a parameter that is executed in the OnStart event of the APP, the situation that I present is that if a user is using the APP and the notification of their Push notification arrives, it is not executed since it uses the OnStart event to send it to the corresponding screen, this is functional if the APP is closed.

How can I make this functional for cases where users are with the APP open and the notification can execute their request correctly.

Below is the code I use in the Onstart event:

Additionally, how can I get a link to an external site without it being executed without opening the APP and instead go directly to the site indicated in the PUSH notification of the APP

please help
