Tigger a Flow based on a user attribute change

I want to have a Flow that removes or adds a user to a Secuirty Group based on their Department attribute. 

I know the actions are avaialble under the Azure AD connector. I am struggling with the action to kick off the workflow. I don't see a way to start this. 

Any one have any ideas?

Could you please explain more details about the Department attribute that you mentioned?

If you want to start a flow,you could add a trigger "Manually trigger a flow" or "Recurrence" in your flow as trigger.

The 'Department' attribute in the users Office 365 profile. Should be able to pull from Azure AD.
