login not available

dear all, one question,

I installed the App on my work device mobile (Huaweii P7 lite), the app allow to load username and password but when I click on "login" button the app return to mainscreen

the same for my personal phone OPPO A5 2020

I tried to login with HUAWEII P9 Lite and ASUS zenfone 6 and the login work well

there's a compatibility between app and device?

The app should run independently of the phone. 

Since this was submitted quite some time ago, were you able to solve it? Just for people here if they have the same issue to know the solutions.
