Flow to get files from sharepoint and send email

Hi,

I want to create a flow, where everyday in sharepoint 5 files will be uploaded to shared documents with file names as vendors name.

Now I want to get those files everyday at 3pm and send email to filename(file name will be saved as user name).

Any suggestions will be helpful.
