Flow triggered by flag sends e-mail twice

Hello 

I have a flow triggered by flagging an e-mail in outlook. At the end, the flow sends an e-mail to two different addresses.

Strangely, the e-mail gets sent twice. I have reviewed the Flow several times and I have no idea why this happens.

Even stranger, it does not happen every time. 

Any ideas or similar experiences?

Hi everyone, is there solution from this? I have the same issue where emails are sent twice or not. Seems like this trigger is buggy.
