North Star Architecture and Center of Excellence

Hi fellow Power Platfomers,

I have a question regarding the Center of Excellence Starter Kit. You can bootstrap the CoE kit within the North Star Architecture, but does that mean:
  • All the flows are already activated?
  • Are the DLP policies also applied to the CoE kit?
  • Do you create one CoE environment or do you create several admin CoE environments?
  • Are the prerequisities (

1.Microsoft Power Platform service admin, global tenant admin, or Dynamics 365 service admin.

2.Power Apps Per User license (non-trial) and Microsoft 365 license.

3.Power Automate Per User or Per Flow license (non-trial).

    for CoE still obliged?
Has anyone installed the Center of Excellence via the North Star Architecture and has some tips?
Thanks in advance!
