I'm trying to create a digitally signed document but i can't quite figure out how to get the image from the pen input into the PDF document. Here are the steps i took...

What am i missing?
First of All, Lets follow the HTML basic conventions:

where the file name is the following expression ( U can customize it 😞
3. Just in case check your Parameters from PowerApps to PowerAutomate.
I believe that you have a problem from the convert file using path step. Use the flow that I have added to this reply and try it, works great for me.
