Powerapps and keycloak or b2c doubts

Hello everyone !! 

Is it possible to use inside an app, a third party identity  service like keycloak?

Do I violate any user agreement if I try to do a login page inside an app that calls this service? or is mandatory to use b2c or any other microsoft product to acomplish the sending of an encrypted password to my service layer ??
