Restrict data gateway usage to a specific environment

Hi,

We are using multiple environments in Power Platform and now planning to implement data gateway. I understand that data gateway can be shared with a set of users via gateway settings but how gateway usage can be restricted to a single environment. For e.g. Data gateway is shared with User A (with Can Use + Share permissions) and then this user has permissions to Env A, Env B and Default environment, then how to restrict usage of data gateway only in Environment A considering User A has access to all the three environments?
