Can I call the default CASE EDIT Form (Case Entity Main Form) from a Canvas Page gallery ?

Hi,

 

I have created a Canvas page where I am listing Cases and Knowledgebase articles in another.

I want the User to be able to go the Case Detail  Form (The main form of the Cases entity in CRM) OnSelect of the Case ID.

Is this possible , if yes how?
