I create a flow to send email to Contact.
But I notice the email did not have log in CRM.
So I don't know when send the email.
It is not possible to find it from flow history since it is daily job.
So is it possible to log the send email to Dynamic CRM?

How you are sending the email ? which connector are you using?
To be able to view the email in Dynamics CRM as an Activity
You need to create an Email record using DataVerse connector Add a row in a table , then call the Action: Perform a bound action and choose send email.
I think I just need to add a note to timeline of this contact

I try to "add a new row", no error but I don't see notes in timeline of contact.
You need to set the regarding field as below:
Search for regarding Contacts, replace GUID with your contact GUID
